Western Union

A money transfer sent to you through Western Union can be picked up at the nearest post office, Sberbank or VTB bank, at an exchange office or another retailer within Tenfore network. You can also use additional benefits such as receiving money at your home address. In order to receive a money transfer, no bank account is needed.

Send money online 1. Log in to westernunion.rs and select the option Send money.
2. Enter transaction and recipient information.
3. Pay with your credit or debit card issued in Serbia.
4. Notify the recipient of the MTCN.
5. Track your transaction on westernunion.rs.

Identification

Before sending your money online for the first time, you need to visit one of TENFORE locations that specialize in user identity verification. Identification is done only once and does not need to be repeated before each online sending.

Bring with you the personal identification document you used to register your account with. At the location you will sign the Western Union Online Remittance Agreement, as well as a statement that you “are /are not” an official within the meaning of the regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

Verification

Once your documentation is verified, your account will be activated and you will be able to use the online money transfer service.

You will be notified of your account’s activation via SMS.

A copy of the Western Union Online Remittance Agreement signed by TENFORE, together with all supporting documents, will be sent to your address.
